  They are both very personable and professional. It was very easy to discuss my situation and come up with reasonable solutions to the roadblocks I was experiencing. The plans are person specific and not one size fits all and therefore easy to follow and adapt into my lifestyle. Both Amanda and Emily have gone above and beyond to help me and I am totally grateful.

  This is a one stop shop, professionals at every door and a real family feel, extremely close to Harbourtown and great Parking down stars with a lift. Go for a work out, meditation, Nutritionist, physiotherapy, massage, and so much more. Do yourself a favour, Go for a look I've been going since AARI opened and I truly love it.

  It's like coming to have fun with your friends but you go home feeling so much stronger. Love the place, the trainers, physiotherapy, the Nutritionist, , and the awesome people I get to meet. Five stars all the way!

  Great people at AARI. They have been extremely helpful in preparing me for my first Ironman Triathlon event with nutrition plans and advice. I have since been back for massage after the event which was awesome. Highly recommend. Thanks again to the team see you again soon!

  I have been going to see Emily Henry for over a year now and she has truly been my saviour. All my life I've had health problems, many different surgeries and spent lots of money on naturopaths and nutritionists. Not anymore, Emily teams up with doctors who understand the in depths of how nutrition can really affect the body. I have now started seeing Cody for my exercise physiology and both Emily and Cody go above and beyond for their clients. All the staff from front counter to physio and massages are so welcoming. It's like a second home. Their gym benefits for membership are amazing too. 10 out of 5 stars from me, I can not recommend them highly enough.
