  Ive visited this post office about once a week for the past 3 years and one staff member in particular is consistently rude & impatient. Not everyone knows the postal system inside out like the staff do so therefor surely part of the service is being tolerant and helping in a friendly manner. I avoid this branch whenever possible because of her! She should get a new job if she's so miserable.

  FIX YOUR GODDAMN PHONE OR ACTUALLY BLOOFY ANSWER IT. IT IS EITHER CONSTANTLY ON "LINE BUSY" OR WHEN IT RINGS IT RINGS OUT.

  Our parcels always get lost, the woman that works there is so rude, no customer service skills at all. If you hate your job that much resign. I avoid this post office go out of my way to go to another branch. Terrible!!!

  A LOT of my things end up here because they can't be bothered dropping them off - or they just drop them off at the door of a random neighbour.

  I ordered something on Amazon and my mum was near here where it was dropped off. She has the same last name as me and since she knows them, they just let her have the package without any proof. She could have stolen it (I know she wouldn't but it could happen to some family).
