  Nick from Hillsea was amazing. He was professional in all aspects. He followed through on all his promises and we set a new record in our street thanks to his great work. We initially listed with another agent who completely screwed up our sale. As a result, I wondered why on earth you would use an agent. We were so burnt that we were going to remove the house from market. Free advertising and nothing to lose gave us the incentive to carry on. Nick had the house sold in 3 weeks and $60,000 more than the previous agents valuation. I can't say enough great things for Nick and the Hillsea team. Thank you

  AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Terrible customer service, phone calls never answered and voicemail messages replied to. If there was 0 star option I would of chosen it.

  We moved in to a very disgusting and dirty property, mould in aircon, yellow drips in the bathroom, all skirting and windows caked in dirt. They said they won't clean it before I moved in as the previous tenant moved into it like that and they can leave it the same. They said its a vicious cycle of dirty that they can't control. I paid for a cleaner myself and have been told to leave it dirty when I leave. I feel bad for the landlord who probably has no idea. Also no replies to emails for 4 weeks and when I ask why, they said they got the email but had no response. SHAME ON YOU HILLSEA and beware if you are a landlord, they will run your investment down to the ground.
